Carhartt sells on the strength of its name, and on a jobsite that name does work. The Carhartt CT106020 is a 60/40 cotton and polyester blend at 5 ounces, tagless, cut relaxed through the chest and shoulders so it moves when someone is reaching or climbing.
The blend matters here. Polyester keeps the shirt from shrinking and wrinkling the way all-cotton does after a hot wash, which is what happens to work shirts. The Carhartt label on the chest comes with the shirt, so your print shares space with it. Five colors, sizes S to 4XL. If nobody in your group cares about the brand, a Gildan or Bella+Canvas tee gives you more colors for less money.
