You don't need finished art to order. Send what you have, or send it later; a print expert reviews every file by hand and builds a mockup you approve before anything prints.

What’s free

Most logos fit here.

Screen print	One flat ink color per location on any garment color, white underbase on darks free. A second color adds $2.45 per piece at 48 pieces on a t-shirt and is shown live in the builder.
Embroidery	One logo per location, any thread colors, digitizing included.
Print size	Up to 12 × 14 in on a front or back, 4 × 4 in on a chest, 3.5 × 3.5 in on a sleeve.

What we'll confirm first

Never charged automatically. We email the difference and wait for your yes.

Gradients and fades	Print as halftone dots and need their own screen.
Photographs or soft edges	Usually a simulated-process print with several screens.
More than 14 colors	We'll reach out before anything prints.
Very fine detail	Hairlines under about 1 pt and text under about 8 pt won't hold ink; we'll suggest a fix.

File formats

Best to worst.

Vector	AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG with text converted to outlines. Scales cleanly to any size.
High-resolution raster	PNG or PSD at 300 dpi at the printed size, transparent background if you have it.
Anything else	Send it anyway. A print expert will tell you what it can become before you commit.
