Ordering
What is the minimum order?
24 pieces, in any mix of sizes and garment colors across one style.
Do I need artwork to order?
No. Order now and send the file later; a print expert reviews it by hand and sends a proof before anything prints.
Can I mix sizes and colors?
Yes, freely. Your total sets the price, not how you split it.
Do you charge screen, setup, or digitizing fees?
No. They are built into the per-piece price, and US shipping is free.
Prices
How much does it cost to print 48 t-shirts?
$10.40 each on a Gildan Heavy Cotton T-Shirt with a one-color front print, or $499.20 for 48, shipped. Every style's table is on /pricing.
How much is a second color or a second location?
A second ink color adds $2.45 per piece at 48 on a t-shirt; a second location is a full second run, $4.95 per piece for a one-color back print at 48.
Do larger sizes cost more?
No. 2XL and up are the same price as every other size.
Timing
How long does it take?
8 business days door to door for a typical 48-piece screen print run, 4 on rush; embroidery is 8 and 4. The exact dates are on every page before you order.
What is rush?
Front of the queue and expedited shipping for +15% per piece. Both dates are shown so it is a real choice.
Proofs and payment
When is my card charged?
When you approve the proof. Checkout only authorizes the total.
What if my design needs more than what’s free?
We email the difference and wait for your approval. Nothing prints and nothing extra is charged until you say yes.
What if I want changes to the proof?
Say so on the proof page. A print expert revises the mockup and sends a new link; nothing is charged in between.
